Chapter 150 Do you measure up? - Find out in six easy steps

Verse 1

We all try very hard to fit in whether it is at the workplace, on the internet och socially in everyday life.
Here are some easy ways to find out just how well you fit the mould using body measurements.

The measurements you need to look at are marked in green on each figure and should not differ by more than 10%.

Example for figure 1
The distance between your wrists with arms outstretched is 90 cm. The distance from elbow to ground can then be between 81 and 99 cm.

Figure 1.
Measure from wrist to wrist with arms outstretched and from elbow to ground.

Figure 2.
Measure from elbow to wrist and shoulder-joint to elbow.

Figure 2.
Measure from wrist to elbow and knee to heel.

Figure 4.
Measure from top of head to below the chin and elbow to wrist.

Figure 5.
Sitting down you should be able to claps your hands around your knees fingers interlaced with your back against the chair.

Figure 6.
Standing up straight you should be able to grasp firmly around your ankle without leaning back. Both knees should be touching.

These are in my opinion only some very rough ideas of how we are expected to look but it is at least amusing to see how far off one is.

Let me know how you measure up.
